Terms:
A reservation fee of 25% will be payable at a later date to confirm the reservation. This is non-returnable after the acceptance of my booking except where the property can be let again for that period. It is understood that if due to circumstances beyond the control of the proprietor the property is not available, that no compensation or liability will be incurred with the exception of the return in full of any monies paid as deposit or rental.
The customer is responsible for the replacement of breakages or damaged items.
